These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of www.outanduptv.com, our forms, and our text and email programs, all run by OUT & UP Productions LLC (“OUT & UP TV,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Who Can Use This Site

You must be 18 or older to apply for the show, refer someone, or sign up for updates.

2. Casting Applications

• Applying is free and voluntary. We will never charge you to apply or to be on the show.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee that you will be contacted, cast, filmed, or paid, or that you will receive any services, housing, jobs, money, products, or other help.
• All casting decisions are made by OUT & UP TV and its production partners at their sole discretion.
• You agree that the information you give us is true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• If you refer someone, you confirm that she knows about and agrees to the referral. Every woman must apply and agree for herself.
• If you are selected, you will be asked to sign separate written agreements (such as an appearance release) before any filming. Those agreements will control your participation in the show.
• Applying does not give us permission to film you or to use your name, image, or story on the show. That permission comes only from a separate, signed release.

3. Materials You Send Us

If you send us videos, photos, or other materials with your application, you confirm that you have the right to share them, and you allow us to review them for casting. We will not publish them without your separate written permission.

4. Text Message (SMS) Program Terms

We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

5. Emails

If you sign up for updates, we may email you about the show. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

6. Our Content

The OUT & UP name, logo, tagline (“From release to running it.”), show format, website text, graphics, and videos belong to OUT & UP Productions LLC and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reuse, or sell them without our written permission.

7. Using the Site the Right Way

You agree not to:

• Submit false information or apply as someone else without her permission.
• Harass, threaten, or harm anyone through our site or messages.
• Try to hack, overload, or interfere with the site or forms.
• Use the site for anything illegal.

8. Information Only, Not Professional Advice

Anything on our site or in our messages about re-entry, treatment, legal matters, credit, jobs, or family services is general information only. It is not legal, medical, mental health, or financial advice. Please talk to a qualified professional about your situation.
